Lingualearn is an approved retailer under the Curriculum Online Scheme of the Department for Education and Skills: http://www.curriculumonline.gov.uk/. English schools are able to use their eLearning Credits (eLCs) funding to purchase selected digital software. The software eligible for this scheme is marked on our website by the official logo:
The first step in the ordering process is to complete one of our online forms and indicate at the bottom of the form that eLCs are to be used. A quotation will be sent back to the school, normally by email. Then, educational institutions must submit an official signed order on headed paper or on a signed official purchase order form. An order transmitted by fax is acceptable and may be sent to our fax number 01273 243405. Invoices are sent out at the same time as the goods; these invoices will contain the official order number. Credit is limited strictly to 30 days, after which time interest is charged.
No refunds can be made on network or site licenses once they have been negotiated and supplied.
